Apartment Complex Orpheum Apartments Built in the heart of Dover, NH, The Orpheum Apartments is a mixed-use development with many amenities to offer its residents. A new modern clubhouse, the rooftop “Take Five” lounge and terrace, and public parking make this establishment sought after by locals. This five-story, 157,000 square foot residential complex contains over 130 units to accommodate its residents.
