Mixed-Use Development 60 Penhallow Built in downtown Portsmouth, this multi-use property includes Hearth Market, a public market, and office space for local companies. This project included complex exterior framing, sheathing, interior framing, insulation, and drywall. The roof and exterior walls encompass a multitude of radius effects to create a modern look that is sure to stand out. This project also required extensive safety requirements due to the proximity of the new building to its surrounding structures and the heavy pedestrian traffic in the area. Our Metro Walls ACT team was also responsible for the installation of various products for several tenants, including custom PET F-Sorb ceiling clouds, Armstrong WoodWorks Grilles, Hunger-Douglas Heartfelt ceiling baffles and standard ACT ceilings.
