Southbridge Mills

A three-story, 70,000-square-foot historic renovation within the Southbridge area created a modern apartment building for residents old and new to the area. Originally built in the 1800s, this former eyeglass factory saw restoration and now offers occupants the option of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, along with a common area, movie room, fitness area, and more. While maintaining the historic brick walls and columns throughout the building, Metro provided commercial framing and drywall.

Southbridge Mills was awarded an Excellence in Construction Merit Award from both ABC NH/VT and ABC MA.
